Sensitive skin. Threading is usually the gentler choice for sensitive or reactive skin because nothing is applied to the skin. Wax can cause redness, and it can lift the top layer of skin on clients who use certain active skincare.
Comfort. Both involve a brief sting. Threading feels like a quick series of small tugs; waxing is one sharper pull per section. Most clients find either very manageable, and the sensation fades quickly.
Speed. Waxing is quicker for larger areas. For brows alone, both take only a few minutes.
How long it lasts. Both remove hair from the root, so results are similar - typically three to five weeks for brows, depending on how quickly your hair grows.

Dubai’s sun, heat and humidity affect how your skin reacts after hair removal. Freshly treated skin is more sensitive to UV and heat, and sweat can irritate open follicles. A few simple rules make a big difference:
Avoid direct sun on the area for 24 hours, and use SPF on your face every day.
Skip the gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool for the rest of the day.
Do not apply makeup to the treated area for a few hours if you can avoid it.
